Simple but effect comunication tips, personally I loved the chapter about discovery and questioning an area that I believe is key and so often skipped in the sales process. Some of the stuff here is killer for selling straight to consumers spending their own money too — an area where many B2B selling books and methods fall flat. Not a heavy book nor difficult to absorb.
